We are a nation founded on the principal of self rule . In many ways and in many states that principal is honored and the will of the people is heard and it becomes law. But certainly not in all states and not in every case and every state. Such is the state in Mississippi. Story below. Cannabis Business Executive - Mississippi was supposed to join dozens of other states with medical marijuana programs. People looking to grow and dispense marijuana for medical purposes were making plans, some spending millions on land and buildings.
