But that’s the nature of stoner movies–funny, goofy, idiotic, ridiculous. They’re not supposed to win Oscars, although they did have an award-giving body of their own–the Stony Awards. Unfortunately, the Stony Awards have been discontinued, more’s the pity. But you know what? Any movies you watch while high is technically a stoner movie. A documentary about pink dolphins?
